 Rich and Lindy Oliver spread the fire of revival and the love and joy of Jesus Christ with prophetic insight and powerful anointing. The Oliver’s are also Elders of and Overseers for, “The River, a Gathering Place,” a relational/credentialing fellowship for those in the five-fold ministry and serve as part of the Apostolic team of Global Legacy .
Rich and Lindy have a true Father and Mother anointing. As forerunners in Northern California, they have networked and encouraged churches of every denominational flavor in California and on the West Coast to step deeper into the River of God. With a growing national and international ministry, their desire is to see the revival fire of God spread around the world, igniting an empowered church with a renewed passion for Jesus and a fresh zeal for the lost.  Sandy Sandifer of Send the Fire Ministries (Website), takes the love of Jesus into the dark and forgotten hearts of the Gypsies scattered throughout Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Turkey.
Sandy has been a member of Victory Fellowship under the pastoral leadership of Pastors Frank and Parris Bailey for the last 16 years. She has also been an active co-laborer with Georgian and Winnie Banov and Global Celebration for the last 11 years. In 2002 her work with Global Celebration took her to the dirt roads, and dark alleys, of the Bulgarian Gypsy neighborhoods for the first time. Ministering to the sweet Gypsies who recieved Christ with unabandoned passion, she discovered a treasure in a field, (Matthew 13:44) and sold all that she had to buy it. In 2005 the Lord gave Sandy a new directive: Her heart aflame with the overmastering desire to leave everything behind and embrace a new life spent full time loving on the Gypsies.
